About Us

Two founders. One obsession.

Spark X Agency was born from a simple observation: great businesses lose to louder ones. Our job is to make sure the right one gets found — from Estonia to the Gulf.

The Story

Four years, 75+ businesses, two regions.

We founded Spark X in December 2022, as teenagers, with more conviction than experience. What followed was 500+ hours of formal training and four years of hands-on work across Estonia's sports and wellness scene — 75+ businesses, over a million organic views for a single client, national event coverage, and a reputation built one finished project at a time. We learned the trade by doing it, in public, for clients who could see every result.

The Gulf came later, and it came differently. Kaur first arrived in Saudi Arabia as a musician in 2025, and kept going back — performing for heads of state, producing a 50-person orchestral project in Riyadh with the Ministry of Culture and the Saudi-Estonian Business Council, and building working relationships that held between visits. What started as a single engagement turned into something ongoing. Along the way we saw how fast the wellness and clinic sector is growing across the Gulf — and how much of it is still being run on manual work and guesswork. That became the thing we wanted to build for. Today we run two directions: European businesses, and Patient Flow for clinics across the UAE and the Gulf.

Our Journey

How Spark X began.

December 2022

Two teenagers founded a company

Spark X Agency was established in December 2022 — with a vision to help businesses build a strong omni-digital presence and brand awareness in a competitive landscape: stand out, connect with your audience, and achieve long-term growth.

The Education

500+ hours of training, then the real world

We trained with Educate (formerly Grow Your Agency) and COET — 500+ hours of in-depth training on performance-driven campaigns, strategic content, lead generation and conversions — then sharpened it all through hands-on work with real brands.

Growth in Europe

75+ businesses, results we can point to

From clubs to national events across Estonia's sports and wellness scene: 1M+ organic views in 9 months for Tartu Sport, 228,000+ views in 3 months for Võru Spordikeskus, and close to half a million views in 8 weeks for Tallinn Nord Cup 2025.

2025 — Into the Gulf

Kaur's first engagement in Riyadh

A workshop at Saudi Music Hub — followed by performances at Estonian state receptions in Riyadh and Dubai, and the production of Metsä, a 50-person Nordic orchestral project delivered with the Estonian Embassy in Abu Dhabi, Saudi Arabia's Ministry of Culture, the Music Commission and the Saudi-Estonian Business Council.

2026 — Patient Flow

One offer for premium clinics

We took what we'd learned about conversion, follow-up and systems and built it into a single offer for premium clinics — installed inside the client's own tools, compliant by design, and operated by us.

Today

An agency that treats your business like its own

Systems, automation, regional and cultural experience, and a genuine grasp of the regulatory side — because in this market that last one decides whether anything you build can actually run. The principle underneath is old school: fewer promises, more finished work.

The Founders

The people behind the work.

Kaur Nellis
Co-Founder

Kaur Nellis

Kaur's route into the Gulf didn't start with business development. It started with a cello.

Since 2025 he has worked continuously across Saudi Arabia and the UAE — performing at the Estonian National Independence Day reception in Dubai with President Alar Karis present, at the reception of Estonia's Foreign Minister in Riyadh, and teaching Estonian repertoire to Saudi students at Saudi Music Hub. In December 2025 he produced Metsä, a 50-person immersive orchestral project delivered with the Estonian Embassy in Abu Dhabi, the Ministry of Culture, the Music Commission and the Saudi-Estonian Business Council.

Producing that project was the same work as running a client build: five institutions, a 50-person ensemble, a fixed date and no room to be late. He is a cellist, DJ and producer with 150+ performances behind him — and he leads Spark X in the Gulf, where the relationships came first and the business followed. What carries across is an instinct for structure: build something sound underneath, make it feel effortless on the surface, and never mistake decoration for substance.

"The work that matters is the part nobody sees — the same as on stage."

Off the clock: cello, triathlon and production.

Robert Suslov
Co-Founder

Robert Suslov

Robert built his first computer at 13 and never stopped being hands-on with technology. It's why he owns the parts of the business that have to actually work.

He leads the European side of the agency and the technical build behind Patient Flow — the automation, the integrations, the systems that have to run correctly at two in the morning without anyone watching. Four years and 75+ client builds have made him fast at the thing most agencies outsource and few do well: making the infrastructure behave.

An athlete across volleyball, floorball, cycling, running and swimming, he lost over 25 kg in a single year — a transformation that forged the discipline he brings to client work. His interest in psychology gives him a sharp read on behaviour and motivation, which turns out to be as useful in a build as it is in marketing: most systems fail not because the technology breaks, but because nobody considered how people would actually use them.

"A good partnership starts with honest communication, a clear direction and consistent work."
How We Work

Three principles we don't bend.

We are selective about who we work with. The best partnerships are built on alignment and the long term — not on volume.

Compliance before cleverness

In this market it's possible to build something impressive that a clinic cannot legally run. Every message we write goes to your local health authority's advertising standards and to your Medical Director for approval before it can send. Most vendors treat this as an afterthought, or skip it entirely — which quietly puts the licence at risk rather than the vendor.

Honesty before the sale

If we don't believe we can create value, we say so on the first call. The free diagnostic exists so that conversation runs on facts rather than opinions — and if the numbers don't justify the work, that's what we'll tell you.

Proof before promises

We don't guarantee outcomes, and we'd be cautious of anyone who does. We publish what we achieve as it happens, including what doesn't work — and our founding partners owe us nothing if the numbers don't land.
